Our apartment 32

Apartment 32 was completely renovated in 2025, is air-conditioned, and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. It features three cozy bedrooms, a spacious living and sleeping area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a separate guest WC. Just a few minutes’ drive from Europa-Park, this accommodation is ideal for families or larger groups who value comfort and a central location.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a charming two-family house and is accessible via a private entrance. The entrance area is directly next to our huge sun balcony with an area of more than 30 m². A hallway opens to all rooms of this generously sized accommodation with around 140 m² of living space. Special highlights include the large balcony, the spacious kitchen, and the bright living room with adjoining dining area, offering plenty of space to relax together.

For your comfort, we provide fresh bed linen and a bath towel for each guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster, and a Senseo coffee machine – ideal for self-catering during your stay.

The modern bathroom features a large shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. In addition, a separate guest WC is available near the entrance.
 

For added convenience, we offer a grocery delivery service from the local supermarket through our online shop. Free parking spaces are available in front of and behind the house, subject to availability.

Please note that arrivals after 8:00 PM are not possible.

Unfortunately, our apartments are not wheelchair accessible. Please be aware that there is a small set of stairs at the entrance of the apartment.
