Our apartment 31

Apartment 31 is our largest accommodation and was completely renovated in 2025. It consists of two separate units on two floors, which can be connected into a spacious unit of around 160 m² via an internal door. Fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests – ideal for large families or groups traveling together while still seeking privacy.

The apartment features a total of 6 cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a separate guest WC, a large open-plan kitchen on the first floor, and an additional kitchenette in the attic. Four of the bedrooms are air-conditioned – as are the entire living and dining areas – ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even in summer. All sleeping areas are of high quality and ensure restful nights.

The accommodation is located on the upper and attic floors of a charming two-family house and is accessible via a private entrance. The entrance is directly adjacent to our sun balcony of over 30 m² – a real highlight for shared breakfasts or balmy summer evenings. A central hallway connects all rooms of this spacious accommodation and creates a harmonious atmosphere.

For your comfort, we provide fresh bed linen and a bath towel for each guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster, and a Senseo coffee machine – ideal for self-catering during your stay. The additional kitchenette in the attic offers extra flexibility for larger groups.

For added convenience, we offer a grocery delivery service from the local supermarket through our online shop. Free parking spaces are available in front of and behind the house, subject to availability.

Please note that arrivals after 8:00 PM are not possible.

Unfortunately, our apartments are not wheelchair accessible. Please be aware that there are stairs at the entrance of the apartment.
